THE NEW HEATING SYSTEM IN THE CHURCH HALL WATERROW

This has now been fully installed and the wiring upgraded.

The original idea for this project was suggested some years ago and was highlighted in the Village Views Questionnaire.

The Community Group ( Waterrow, Chipstable & Raddington ) Have now brought it to fruition and are pictured above together with several members of the Church Hall Trustees Committee at the handover ceremony on 19th October 2004

The Community Group, the Trustees and all the users of the Hall would like to thank those who have made Donations and the providers of the Major Components.

Worcester Heat Systems,  RGB Wiveliscombe,  Heatline Radiators,  Outokumpu Copper Metal Supplies Ltd.,  AC Electrical Plc,  Chris Lang,  Brian Plumb,  Philip Parker, Taunton Deane Community Chest,  numerous local groups; and individuals; Paul Simmonds,  Geoff Downend,  Liz & Eddie Genreyand especially David Wickham for his kind donation of land on which to site the oil tank,  Karl and Geoff at RGB for their dealings with suppliers and materials, and Jerry Dixon for all his time, hard work and persuasive talents that resulted in donations towards many of the components and labour costs.

An act of dedication of the system took place during the monthly Waterrow Praise service at the Hall on Sunday 24th October followed by refreshments -- and enjoyment of the new warmth and comfort.
